Paine Field August 24

The first 787-9 was moved out of the factory this afternoon. Apparently there will be no roll out ceremony, here is the Boeing statement:

"Boeing has completed the first 787-9 Dreamliner. The second member of the super-efficient 787 family rolled out of the Everett, Wash., factory today to the flight line, where teams are preparing it to fly later this summer."

Actually it was moved to the 45-04 paint hangar where it was weighed and then parked at the fuel dock about 5:00 p.m.
